Terms & Conditions

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need information, please feel free to inquire at the Trading Post office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:

Check In:  Check-in after 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival.  Early check-in $20, if available
Check Out:  Check-out by 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of your departure.
Quiet Hours:  Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate of other guests.
Cabin and Yurt guests:  NO linens or towels provided. LED lighting available. NO electricity.
 

Children:  Parents are responsible at all times for their children's safety and behavior - a responsible adult must be present at all time. Please supervise small children in restrooms and showers.
Pets:  Animals must be kept on a 6 ft. leash and not be left unattended. Animals must not be tethered at campsite without a person present. Please help us keep the campground clean for all guests and pick up after your pet. Guests will be fined $5 for animals not on a leash. Fines will be added to your bill. Owner reserves the right to ask camper to leave the premises should the animal cause a threat to public safety. No pets in creek/pond or beds, $100 fine for not picking up after your dog.
PLEASE KEEP ALL CHILDREN AND ANIMALS OUT OF THE STREAM AND POND - NO PLAYING OF ANY KIND IN THE WATER

Vehicles:  1 vehicle allowed per site, $25 per vehicle per night for any additional vehicles, this includes ATVs/UTVs. Please do not block the right of way.
Showers and Restrooms:  On-site restrooms and hot showers available to all guests.  Please return the key to the camp host or Trading Post when your stay is complete.  Make sure the doors are closed and locked with the lights off.

Garbage:  Please help us keep the campground clean by depositing your garbage in the dumpster located in the campground. Please bag all items placed in garbage.  Cigarette butts are trash, they do not burn, dispose of in the garbage.  Do not throw garbage in fire pits.
 

Bears:  Be mindful we do get grizzly bears occasionally. DO NOT leave any food unattended at your campsite. Please clean up and put all food away. This will keep our campground a safe place for all guests. We DO NOT want the bears to be fed and come looking around the campground for food.

Cooking:  Do not cook under ANY roof!  Do not dispose of grease or foodstuff on the ground.  All food-related waste must be in a tightly closed bag and be placed in the garbage cans by the ice machine on the south side of the Trading Post.

Laundry:  Open 8A-8P, we have change in the Trading Post.  You do not have a key to the laundry room.  Be 100% certain your laundry will be removed from the laundry room before 8 PM.  The door will be locked until 8 AM the next morning.  No exceptions.

No dumping of waste tanks or food in the toilets!  Violations - $150

No fishing allowed

Cancellation policy:  First night of your reservation is required as a deposit.
48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival. You will be charged a $25 fee and refunded the remainder of your deposit.
Reservations/cancellations made within 48 hours of your stay will not be elligible for a refund.
