Payment & Cancellation Policy – Frequently Asked Questions

Effective 6/23/2025

Stays less than 28 nights:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 8 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.  
**Camp Credit may be issued in rare cases at the discretion of management**

For stays longer than 28 nights please contact the office. 

What happens if I need to cancel due to bad weather?

We partner with a reservation insurance provider (through Sensible Weather) that offers optional trip protection for weather-related cancellations.
This insurance is available during the reservation process for an additional fee.
