Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
There is a penalty fee equal to 25% of the total reserved stay for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days of scheduled arrival date. 
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the total amount of the reserved stay.
A No Call/No Show will be charged the total amount of the reserved stay.                                                               

All penalty fees include tax and will be charged to the credit/debit card used to hold the reservation.
Cancellations may NOT be made via text message, voicemail, or email. You must actually speak with a Campground employee in order to cancel a reservation and avoid the cancellation penalty fee. We will not accept a voicemail or email cancellation.

You MUST receive a cancellation confirmation email to verify your cancellation.
