Terms & Conditions

In consideration for being permitted to make a reservation allowing me to enter and stay at Tackett's Hideaway Campground (THC) LLC, existing under the State of Tennessee together with all its' respective owners, managers, employees, other guests, visitors, and anyone representing our company, collectively known as the Releasees, the Releasors releases and waives the Releasees from any harm occurring during their stay or coming to or leaving THC.  The Releasor includes guests, their spouses, children, heirs, friends, business associates, other family members, or anyone participating in or associating with any activity or just visiting. This release includes all activities such as hunting, fishing, riding trails, hiking, climbing, swimming, sports, or any activity whatsoever and includes the use of SXSs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, trucks, RVs, and any equipment whether leased from THC or brought by the Releasors. The Releasee is also not responsible for any animal attacks including bears, raccoons, wild cats, snakes, or any other animal or species.  Furthermore, I, in addition,  agree to abide by all of the rules of THC and understand I can be evicted for noncompliance. The rules are on the following pages and posted at the campground.

 

The Releasor hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs including bodily injury or property

damage, that might occur whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. The Releasors thereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to any of the above events or any activity whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR ANYONE ELSE. 

 

The RELEASORS hereby acknowledges that the above activities are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury, death, or property damage.

The RELEASORS acknowledges that the injuries and property damage may be compounded by negligent rescue operations.

 

The RELEASORS UNDERSTANDS AND AGREE THAT THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND  ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

EXTENDS TO ALL ACTS OF NEGLIGENCE  BY THE RELEASEES AND IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS PERMITTED BY LAW IN TENNESSEE OR ELSEWHERE AND, IF ANY PART IS DEEMED ILLEGAL, THE REST WILL REMAIN IN FORCE AND VALID.

 

I ASSERT THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY IN ITS ENTIRETY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL

RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

 

Camground Rules

1.  Speed Limit 5 MPH.                                        

2.  Dogs on Leashed & Vaccinated.                        

3.  Quiet Time 10 PM - 6 AM.                              

4.  No Swimming in the Pond.                              

5.  Fires in Firepits Only, Attended &                    

     fully Extinguished.  No trash or cans in fire pits.                                          

6.  Checkout 12 PM.                                              

7.  Emergency Call 911.

8.  No Tent Camping.

9.  No Parking on or Blocking Roads.

10. No Alcohol Under 21 or excessive Drinking.

 11. No Illegal Drugs.

12. No loud Music or noise.

13. All Garbage Bagged & in Dumpster

 14. Do Not Leave Garbage out Overnight.

15. Guest Responsible for Lost or Stolen Property. Items missing or damaged (cabins and RV sites) will be charged at replacement value.

16. Keep Sites Neat & Clean.

17.Courteous, Friendly Behavior at All Times
