Refund Policy

Tallahassee East Campground, Monticello, Florida

The general policy for all reservations is as follows:

  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
  • If the payment method was cash or check, the refund amount will only be available as camp credit towards a future reservation. 
  • Refunds will be determined by cancellation prior to or after the calcellation deadlines, if applicable, minus the $25 cancellation fee. 
  • Holiday/Special Events: Please note that holidays, special events, and high-demand periods may be subject to unique refund policies. It's advisable to confirm these details with the campground when you book.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: FSU football, family/parents, and graduation weekend dates are non-refundable. Other special events may also be non-refundable.
