REFUND POLICY

Nightly reservations require a one-night charge deposit. You must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date for refund. A one-night charge will be assessed if a reservation is not canceled within the applicable time frame.  

Weekly reservations require a $100 deposit. Must cancel by 1 pm two days prior to arrival date for refund.  Deposits will not be refunded if a reservation is not cancelled within the applicable time frame. 

All monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit to reserve a site. The $100.00 will be applied to the first month’s rent upon check-in.  Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the anticipated arrival date will receive a full refund. 

NO-SHOWS:  Guests who do not show up for their reservation (“no-shows”) within 24 hours from reservation time will not receive a refund or credit. 

No refunds or credits after check-in or for early departures.
