Park Rules & Regulations

We ask all guests to respect the following policies to ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Speed Limit:
5 MPH throughout the property (includes ATV’s & motorcycles). No revving of engines. Please be extra cautious—children may be playing nearby.

Check-In / Check-Out:

    • Check-In: 3:00 PM
    • Check-Out: 12:00 Noon
      Late check-out is not available, but we offer complimentary parking after checkout if you need time in town.
      Early check-in may be available up to two hours ahead if the site was not rented the night before. Please ask us in advance. __________

Day Visitors / Guest Policy:

    • Visitors not staying overnight must pay a $15/person day-use fee.
    • Group Day Pass reservations qualify for group discount.
    • Please note that refunds will not be issued due to pool closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • All guests must check in at the office. __________

Office Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday - Saterday

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday ( the faucilities is open 10AM  -7PM)

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum. __________

Vehicle Policy:

    • Truck & Trailer or RV & vehicle attached is consider One vehicle per campsite.
    • Each additional vehicle/trailer is $5/day.
    • Pressure regulatory are required for all RVs.
    • No vehicle maintenance, oil changes, or radiator flushing on property.
    • No washing of vehicles, motorcycles, or ATVs on the property __________

Grass Protection:

    • No vehicles, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, bikes, mats, or rugs allowed on the grass. __________

ATV Rules:

    • Park ATVs on gravel or dirt.
    • ATVs are for in/out travel only—no cruising within the park.
    • No one under 12 may drive an ATV inside the park. __________

Pet Policy & Dog Park Use:

    • All pets must be on a leash at all times.
    • A $15 one time pet maintenance fee applies and includes access to the dog park.
    • Please notify us in advance of the number of pets you are bringing.
    • Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave.
    • Clean up pet waste immediately and dispose of it properly.
    • Use designated pet areas or the south hill above the campground for pet walks. __________

Fires:

    • Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits.
    • No fires permitted during county-issued fire bans.
    • Tents and flammable materials must remain at least 10 feet from fire pits.

Children:

    • Must be supervised at all times by an adult, as required by state law.

Playground Use:

    • Equipment is for children 12 and under only.
    • Individuals over 15 may not use the equipment but may supervise younger children. __________

Swimming Pool Rules:

    • No lifeguard on duty.
    • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.
    • Children under 12 must be supervised.
    • No smoking, cigarettes, or cigars in the pool area.
    • No glass in pool area.
    • No food or drinks inside the pool water.
    • Swimwear is required—no street clothes allowed. __________

Smoking Policy:
In accordance with the Utah Clean Air Act, there is no smoking inside any building or within 25 feet of any structure including swimming pool.

ATV Trailers & Additional Vehicles:

    • Extra trailers and vehicles will incur additional fees.
    • ATV trailers must be parked at the back of the property after unloading. If you need help, let us know. __________

Laundry Room:

    • hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
    • All laundry must be removed by 7:00 PM. Items left more than 30 minutes after a cycle end may be removed. __________

Liability Disclaimer

Temple Ridge Retreat, its owners, and management are not responsible for any losses, injuries, theft, fire, accidents, playground accidents, swimming pool accidents or other damages to guests or their property.

We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest without refund for violations of rules, unsafe behavior, or disturbance to others.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling with 30+ days' notice, a refund will be issued minus a 10% cancel fee
  • If cancelling with14-29 days' notice, a refund will be issued minus cost of 1 night
  • If cancelling with 13 days' notice or less, no refund will be issued.
