Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

No refunds for early check-out after arrival.

RV Stays:

Reservations cancelled 8 days or more in advance of arrival will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advance of arrival will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.

Cabin Reservations :

Reservations cancelled 15 days or more in advance of arrival will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of a one night's stay.

No refund will be issued for no-show guests.

Event Space Rules, Cancelations, and refunds are provided on a seperate document.

 

Weather & Acts of Nature:

We do not offer refunds or credits for inclement weather, road conditions, or natural events outside our control.

If mandatory evacuations or goverment-issued restrictions affect your reservation, please contact us. 

 

Third-Party Bookings:

Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, Booking.com) must be cancelled or modified through those cannels and are subject to their cancellation policies. 

 

Non-refundable Fees:

Booking fees, pet fees, cleaning fees, and processing fees (if applicable) are non-refunable.

 

Important Notes:

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, and credit card processing times may vary by bank.
