CANCELLATION POLICY

•   RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY:  

Full payment (daily or weekly stays) or the first month's payment (monthly/extended stays) is required at time of booking.

Daily/Weekly reservations: if cancelled at any time, there is a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's reservation cost. 
Monthly/Extended Stay reservations: if cancelled at any time, there is a $100 cancellation fee. 

•    NO SHOWS - Guest failing to contact us to cancel their reservations (within the time frame listed above) will be considered a “No Show” which forfeits any deposit.

•   Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

NO REFUNDS, SO PLEASE PLAN YOUR STAY ACCORDINGLY.
