Refund amounts depend on how early you notify us of your cancellation:

Standard Reservations:

• 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund

• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund

• 7–13 days before arrival: 25% refund

• Fewer than 7 days: No refund

Holiday & Peak Period Reservations (minimum-night requirements apply):

• 45+ days before arrival: 100% refund

• 30–44 days before arrival: 50% refund

• 15–29 days before arrival: 25% refund

• Fewer than 15 days: No refund

• No-shows and early departures: Not eligible for refunds.

In cases of verified emergencies or severe weather, refunds may not always be available, but we will gladly consider providing a credit toward a future stay.
