TRAIL USE WAIVER & RELEASE

Please Read Carefully – Use of Trails is Voluntary and At Your Own Risk

Our property includes undeveloped, natural hillside terrain accessible from the RV park. Guests are welcome to explore this area, including an old, unmaintained logging road that descends into our lower acreage. Please note the following before using these trails:

  • The trail is steep, uneven, and can be dangerous. It is not paved or regularly maintained. Conditions may include loose rocks, mud, drop-offs, and other hazards. There are currently minimal safety features in place.

  • Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety while using the trail or any natural area on the property.

  • Use is entirely voluntary and not required as part of your stay.

  • Guests must use appropriate footwear and should be in suitable physical condition before attempting to access the trail.

  • Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the trail.

By staying at The Black Apple RV Retreat, you agree to release and hold harmless the owners, operators, employees, and affiliates of the RV park from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from use of the trail or surrounding natural areas.
