It is our desire to provide you with a pleasant and memorable stay.

For all customers comfort and safety, the following policies are in effect:

•Management & Ownership Prerogative: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice.

•Check out Time: Check out time is 11:00 a.m .. You may request a late check out for $15.00.

•Any type of boat or trailer, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle shall be parked in designated areas of the Park only.

•Speed limit: For the safety of our patrons & pets, Please obey the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park.

•Insurance: All guests are required to show proof of valid insurance upon request; failure to do so will result in the immediate eviction and no refunds will be given.

•Vehicles: We reserve the right to refuse or allow vehicles at our discretion. In general, we do not accept homemade RV's, school bus conversions, or any vehicle with a manufacture year prior to 2010. All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured, and in operating order at all times.

•Hook - Ups: Each site is full service with 50 and 30 amp electrical, high pressure water connection and sewer.

•Water pressure regulators are required for your hose connection. Pressure regulator to be connected between RV Park hook up and RV hose.

•Trash: Please put your trash in plastic bags and place them in the nearest trash receptacle. Please don't place trash outside at night.

•No cleaning of fish or other wildlife.

•Laundry: Laundry and Restroom facilities are located at the Office Building. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. Do not put out clotheslines or hang laundry outside.  No pets are allowed in the RV Park buildings.

•Restrooms: Please pick up after yourself. Remove all personal belongings each time you use the facility. Any items left unattended will be discarded.

•Restrooms & Laundry:  Are available from 5am to 11pm daily.  These facilities are closed overnight. No pets are allowed in the RV Park buildings.

•Tents: Sorry, but our park is not designed for tent camping so, tents are not allowed.

•Pets: Do not leave your pet outside unattended. Pets may be walked around the park or let off leash inside the dog park. You must pick-up after your pet. If your pet disturbs other guests, you will be required to leave the park without a refund. Thi

•Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children under 13 years of age are not to be left unattended.

•Golf Carts / Four Runners: Children under the age of 16 must be with an adult in the front seat of the Cart/Runner. No Exceptions!

•Washing - If you want to wash your RV, truck etc. Please notify the office the price is $10.00.

•Smoking:  No Smoking inside or within 50 ft of RV Park Buildings and Structures.

•Quiet Time: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
