Cancellation Policy

RV Site Cancellation Policy

• Daily/Weekly Reservations: Reservations cancelled 48 or more hours prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival receive no refund. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
• Monthly Reservations: Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival will forfeit their $200 prepayment. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Destination Trailer Cancellation Policy

• Daily Reservations: Reservations cancelled 7 or more days in advance will incur a 3% cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance of arrival receive no refund. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
• Weekly Reservations: Reservations cancelled 7 or more days in advance will forfeit their $200 prepayment. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance of arrival receive no refund. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
