Balance due upon accepted reservation application. If upon check-out the facility is left either unclean or damaged, a $50.00 fee or the actual cost, (whichever is greater), will be charged to your visa or appropriate action to collect the said cost will be taken. · Use of the Lodge is not allowed without checking in at the front desk. Sign in, room keys and Permits will be at Elk River Lodge and General Store. Signers of this agreement shall be responsible for compliance of their group with the conditions of this permit. This individual will be the contact person for lodgel during the group's stay. The Signer must also be available at the time of check-in and checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY ∙ Since we receive so many requests for reservations we have a no refund policy. If you cancel 30 days prior to your stay at the Lodge, you may request a refund in writing. Depending on the time of year and event calendar for the area you may receive a partial refund but please keep in mind the policy is a no refund policy.

No exceptions will be made to this cancellation policy. Any changes to this policy will be at the sole discression of Elk River Lodge and General Store Management. No refunds or credits for early departure.

Lodge Rules- Pets are permitted in all rooms with a pet fee of $50.00 and must be with the owner at all times. If you sneak a pet into a room with out paying the pet fee you will forfeit your room with no refund and may be asked to pay damages for cleaning. This will be a $100 minimum charge.

The undersigned certifies that he/she have read, understand, and agree to comply with the rules, conditions, fees, and responsibilities pertaining to the use of this camp; and that the organization in whose name this permit is issued will indemnify and hold harmless the Elk River Lodge and General Store, S&D Huck LLC and its officers against all claims for damages, loss, or cost to persons or property suffered, or alleged to be suffered, in connection with the use of the lodge. Please ensure that all group members are made aware of the above Whispering Pines R.V. Park Rules and Responsibilities.

Use of Whispering Pines R.V. Park is not allowed without an OFFICIAL PERMIT. Permits will be picked up at Elk River Lodge and General Store prior to check in and will be placed in the drivers side window of the R.V. while parked at the facility.
