THE HOOK-UP RV PARK TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Hook-Up RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Hook-Up RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Hook-Up RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the RV Park, or any other portion of The Hook-Up RV Park grounds. All guests further agree to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. All guests of the Hook-Up RV Park understand that they are responsible to carry insurance coverage on their camping units, vehicles and other personal property. Any guest staying in our park for longer than 30 days, will be required to sign additional agreements. The Hook-Up RV Park reserves the right to remove any occupant or guest who is subject to a registration requirement under a State Sexual Offender Registration Program. The Hook-Up RV Park will conduct criminal background checks on potential guests and reserves the right to remove any guest or refuse occupancy dependant upon findings.The Hook-Up RV Park reserves the right to remove any guest for non-payment at any time at said guest’s expense. Any guest asked to leave the property due to misconduct will not be reimbursed for any remaining time of reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check In is at 2:00 PM CST
- Check Out is 12:00 PM CST
Please note: your site number is subject to change prior to arrival, unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking.
COLD WEATHER REQUIREMENT
A heated hose with heat tape is required to be used while connected to the freshwater source once temperatures reach 32 degrees and below if you plan to stay connected to the park’s water source. You are responsible for any damage incurred to the park’s water system if you do not comply with this requirement. If you are not connected to the water source, you are not required to use a heated hose.
RV CONDITION/AGE POLICY
RV Reservations require a 2010 model or newer RV for long-term guests (28+ days). Exceptions will be considered based on the condition of older units. Management reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your RV doesn’t meet the conditions stated. Please Note: Total-Electric RVs will be charged a monthly electric utility fee from November to April if not using propane as a heat source.
PARKING
Your site includes one parking spot. Additional space may be available at your site, depending on the length of your RV. No parking permitted off gravel.
SPEED LIMIT
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
SITE AND PARK NAVIGATION
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use the main roads and provided paths to walk around the property. It is not permissible to drive through pull-thru sites while navigating the park. This is dangerous and disruptive to other guests.
PET POLICY
Responsible pet owners and their pets are welcome! The following are a few simple rules to ensure that you, your pet and other park visitors enjoy their stay. These rules apply to all types of pets, some restrictions may vary for service animals assisting people with disabilities. Failure to abide by these rules may result in your removal from the park.
- Keep it to two dogs or fewer per site - As a courtesy to all visitors, it is recommended you bring no more than two dogs per site. Please notify the office of all pets at check-in as additional fees may apply.
- Keep your pet on a leash at all times - Even the best trained pets can be unpredictable when in a different environment. Keeping your pet on a leash ensures its safety as well as the safety of other visitors. No pets are allowed to be left on a lead at the RV site unless owner is present.
- Keep your pet under control at all times and quiet - Do not leave a pet unattended. Barking dogs can ruin the enjoyment of the park for everyone. Leaving a pet unattended, even if properly leashed, can be a danger to the pet and nearby visitors.
- Clean up your pet's waste - No one wants to step in the mess left behind. Supply your own bags to pick up your pet's waste and immediately dispose of it properly.
STORAGE
Storage is not allowed at RV sites. Only permissible items include outdoor furniture, pet pen, barbeque grill, and bicycles. Outdoor rugs allowed on gravel only. No permanent structures allowed.
NOISE POLICY
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors - Thank You!
TRASH DISPOSAL
Loose or bagged trash is not permissible at RV sites. Dispose of all trash in the dumpster available. Please do not dispose of any motor oil, furniture, mattresses, propane tanks, tires, animal remains, construction waste, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.
No USPS services are available. You may obtain a Post Office box in Rogersville, MO where mail and deliveries can be collected. Parcels may be sent to your name and "c/o The Hook-Up RV Park 497 Porter Loop, Rogersville MO 65742".
FIREWORKS
Fireworks are prohibited in the park unless a designated area is provided. See the office for further information.
REPAIRS
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs or a local repair shop to take your vehicle to for needed repairs or maintenance.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permissible indoors including the office, bathrooms, or laundry room.
SAFETY AND EMERGENCIES
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (417) 414-0785 24 hours a day. (No soliciting)
If you call 911 for any reason while on the property, PLEASE NOTIFY THE OFFICE so we are informed.
