PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS, THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations made for sites and/or cabins at The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort (“Camp Resort”). 

All campers and guests understand and agree that the Camp Resort does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature, weather, illness, work or construction schedule. The Camp Resort's refund policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation notice. Please review the Camp Resort cancellation policy for restrictions.

All Camp Resort campers and guests or any individual on Camp Resort property hereby grants permission to management of the Camp Resort, to photograph the camper, guest, or individual or security, marketing, and all other lawful purposes without compensation.  

As a participant or spectator in a supervised or unsupervised recreation activity, all are responsible for acting within the limits of their ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. All campers, guests and individuals shall maintain control of themselves and any equipment while participating in the activity and refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to others. 

The Camp Resort is privately owned. Management at the Camp Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Camp Resort Management reserves the right to ask any person or party to leave the Camp Resort based on violations of the Camp Resort’s rules, policies and guidelines or for any behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. 

The camper agrees to have read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to all Camp Resort rules, guidelines and policies. In addition, the camper understands that they are responsible for the actions of all persons registered in their party, including any children, and any guests that visit during camper’s stay. On behalf of each person in camper’s party, the camper grants the Camp Resort and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video, and other visual portrayals of each person in camper’s party in any medium and for any purpose.

Camper HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort, its owners and agents (collectively, The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort), from any and all liability to camper, camper’s children or invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Camp Resort including, but not limited to, its facilities, golf carts, amenities, pools, water features, lakes, river, and boats (collectively, the Premises).

Camper acknowledges that there are certain inherent dangers in camping and recreational activities related thereto including but not limited to hiking, swimming, or boating and hereby agrees to accept all dangers associated with all such activities. Camper agrees to unconditionally indemnify and hold harmless the Camp Resort together with its management, employees, agent, and affiliated corporate entities from any liability and/or claims incurred through any acts, directly or indirectly, related to camping or any recreational activity. In addition, Camper hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Camp Resort, its management, employees, agents, and affiliated corporate entities are not liable for any personal injuries or property damage from inclement weather during the campers stay at the Camp Resort. 

Camper hereby agrees, and shall cause camper’s children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Camp Resort’s Rules and Guidelines, including those published on http://www.thelakesrvcabinresort.com or posted at the Camp-Resort or otherwise communicated in any manner by the Camp Resort. 

By signing below renter acknowledges they have reviewed and approve, reservation details, notes, and transactions listed above.
