The Meadows RV Park

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (Special Events like but not limited to Trailing of the Sheep, Tour De Force, Jaz Festival, Wagon Days, ect.)
For non holiday and non special event stays; You may cancel up to 24 hours of your check in date and receive a refund of all but one night stay plus applicable taxes and fees, however, cancellations made within 24hr of the check in date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of two or more days. There are no refunds or transfers for unused portions of a reservations. The non refundable one night stay is determined by the first day you were to check in. No-Show – If you do not call or show up by 10:00 PM on the night of your scheduled arrival, your entire reservation is subject to cancellation and all payments will be forfeited. ©2020 Meadows RV Park
