Cancellation Policy

All rates are subject to change at any time.

Daily/Weekly rates include 4 people. Additional guests age 5 and older are

$5.00 per person/per night. Monthly rates include 2 adults & 3 children OR

3 adults and 2 children. Extra occupants are $50 per person/per month.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Daily and weekly reservations canceled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will result in total forfeiture of stay.

Monthly reservations canceled between 15 days or more in advance of arrival will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in total forfeiture of stay.

Cancellations on day of arrival and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications made may be subject to additional fees. Refunds are not provided for early departures or inclement weather.
