Terms & Conditions

VEHICLES AND TRAILERS: You are permitted one RV and one Vehicle per assigned site. Do not park on patio, grass, another site, or in the road.  Management is not responsible for theft or damage caused to personal items/equipment in or on resort grounds.

OCCUPANCY: MAXIMUM of 6 people allowed (Including visitors) per site at any one point and time.

VISITORS: Any visitors who wish to use the pool must purchase a day pass at the office. You are responsible for your visitors and damage they may cause at the resort. The Oaks RV Resort is not liable for guest’s/visitor’s vehicles or accidents occurring at the resort. Please let expected visitors know that they may NOT bring their pets here to the resort without prior permission. All visiting guests are asked to leave by 10:00 PM. Visitors may not use showers or laundry at the resort.

QUIET HOURS: 10:30 pm until 8:00 am. Children under 16 must return to their own site by 10:00 pm.

SPEED LIMIT: 7 mph or less throughout the park.

ALCOHOL: Absolutely no public display, please keep in a koozie or cup.

GARBAGE: Please keep your site tidy. STACK and TIE garbage and place at curb, by your site for courtesy pick-up at 10:00am. For your convenience, we also have a dumpster on site. If management must clean your site, there will be an extra charge. Do not leave any garbage outside overnight as we do have bears and it will attract them to the camp site.

SEWER CONNECTORS: Use of rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections is required. Available for purchase at office if needed.

WATER HYDRANTS: Our water hydrants are frost proof, however, water must be turned off with hoses disconnected from the hydrant and camper when temperatures are below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Guest is financially responsible for any frozen hydrants and damage due to non-compliance.

FIREWOOD, FIREPITS: NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PERMITTED IN THE RESORT. Firewood is available for purchase at office and will be delivered to your site free of charge. Please do not stack firewood on grass and do not cut down trees. Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits and must be attended to at all times. Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans, glass, etc. in your fire pit. Firewood only. Please do not overload firepit.

JACK PADS: Please use jack pads on sites (Wood, Plastic, or Rubber).

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Hours as posted. Do not leave clothes unattended. No washing of pet beds or pet bed covers. Please no washing of large blankets or rugs.

MAIL SERVICES: There is no mail service on property. There is a local post office 5 minutes from the resort.

POOL RULES:

Hours

9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Spring & Summer

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Fall & Winter​

· No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

· Please rinse or shower before entering pool. Showers provided within pool area.

· Children under 16 years of age, and those who cannot swim, must always be accompanied by an adult.

· Infants and toddlers must always wear waterproof swimming trunks/swim diapers in pool area. All guests please take note of our restroom facilities and use them, not the pool.

· No rough play, including running, pushing, shoving, yelling or screaming.

· No diving in any part of the pool.

· No smoking/vaping in pool area.

· No pets are allowed in the pool area.

· Please clean up after yourself and throw trash away. Please make sure to collect all personal items before leaving pool area. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

· No glass containers in or around pool.

· No more than 62 guests in pool at one time.

· Appropriate swim attire is required for pool use. Cut-off jeans are prohibited in pool and hot tub areas.

Bicycles, Golf Carts, and Drones

GOLF CARTS: (Electric Carts Only) MUST be registered at check in.  No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive any cart without a parent/grandparent on board. Privately owned golf carts must have proof of proper liability insurance and must be shown with a minimum of $50,000 coverage in Personal Injury and Property Damage held on the golf cart. Golf Carts are not permitted off the premises.

BICYCLE and GOLF CARTS: Ride only on roadways and do not ride after dusk. Do not park or ride them on grass, pool area, or through landscaping. All children less than 14 years must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle.

DRONES: Drones are not permitted anywhere on The Oaks RV Resort property for privacy and safety reasons.

Children

CAMPERS: Parents/caregivers are responsible for appropriate behavior of their children. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing at all times. Children MUST be supervised in bath house and restrooms. Parent/guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children.

Children under 16 must return to their own site by 10:00 pm.

Children less than 14 years must wear a helmet while riding a bicycle.

Pets

PETS: Must be on a maximum 6’ leash length. Need to be current on all vaccines. May not be left outside when owners are away from Site or Resort, nor may they be left inside RV to continually bark. Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the Resort without a refund. Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in buildings or pool area. Do not tie your pet to Resort property including trees and picnic tables. Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste/litter in proper receptacle. Pets may be off leash inside pet park area only. Please maintain control of your pets.  Management shall have no liability to any guests, family members of guests, or visitors for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by a pet.

We offer a free pet washing station next to the laundry room. Please leave pet washing station clean when you are finished.

• Generators
• Tents
• Any type camper without hookups
• Pop up campers
• Tarps
• Fireworks
• Firearms
• Disorderly Behavior
• Walking through other peoples’ sites
• Oil Changes and Lubes
• No washing RV’s or vehicles
• Clotheslines,
• Hanging Clothes Outside
• Hot Grills on Picnic Tables
• Any permanent connections
• Foundations
• Porches
• No Storage Buildings/Units/Trailers or similar-type structures
• Roofs shall NOT be constructed
• No digging, flag poles, signs, plantings, landscaping, stakes, lawn ornaments, etc. on sites.
• Do not cover grass with mats, carpet, etc.
• No ropes or chains tied to utilities, trees, or signs.
• Do not put nails in trees.
• No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on ground or in dumpsters.
• There is a $300 charge for sewage spills.
• All campers / vehicles must be clean & in good repair or, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Use of Images

VIDEO / CAMERA SURVEILLANCE: Property and Buildings are monitored. Customer grants to The Oaks RV Resort, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. Customer authorizes The Oaks RV Resort, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that The Oaks RV Resort may use such photographs of me without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

The Oaks RV Resort  Final Say

• The Oaks RV Resort retains the right to alter and or modify any of the rules and regulations at any time in keeping with the fairness and best interests of all affected parties.
• Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.
• Violation of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction of The Oaks RV Resort property or threatens the health, safety and welfare of Resort guests or their property will result in the termination of the violators and guests stay. Additionally, Resort management reserves all rights to terminate guests' stay for any reason at any time.
• Parents, please make your children aware of these rules. Disregard for resort rules, causing dissension among other campers, or conduct deemed improper by owners and management is cause for immediate eviction without notice or refund.
• These terms and conditions are set to help inform expectations of the resort and are set forth as our commitment to our guests for their safety, and for their enjoyment, while being our guests.
• The Oaks RV Resort Guest is responsible for all damage of destruction of property.
• The Oaks RV Resort is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owners/management of The Oaks RV Resort absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility, all pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
• The Oaks RV Resort may refuse/deny accommodations for any reason permissible under applicable law. Subleasing RVs is not allowed.
