Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a reservation by logging into your reservation, following the prompts to view details and cancelling the reservation.  Cancellation fees are as follows:

Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase AND at least 72 hours prior to arrival date.  

Same day cancellation:  No refund

1-7 days prior to reservation start date:  1 night charge

8 days or more prior to reservation start date:  $10 flat fee

Cancellation fees are not waived because of weather, lake level or other acts of nature out of our control.  July and August are hot so please plan accordingly.
