Reservations including Sun – Thur Night only

Over 48 hours of check-in:             100% Refund, Less $20

24-48  hours of check-in:                50% Refund, Less $20

Less than 24 hours of check-in:      No Refund

 

Reservations including Fri-Sat Night, Holidays & Special Events

Over 14 days of check-in:              100% Refund, Less $20

 8-14 days of check-in:                   50% Refund, Less $20

7 days or less of check-in:              No Refund

 

CABINS:

Reservations including Sun – Thur Night only

Over 30 days of check-in:              100% Refund, Less $30

14-30 days of check-in:                  50% Refund, Less $30

Less than 14 days of check-in:       No Refund

 

Reservations including Fri-Sat Night, Holidays & Special Event

Over 45 days of check-in:              100% Refund, Less $30

 30-45 days of check-in:                 50% Refund, Less $30

Less than 30 days of check-in:      No Refund

“No-Shows”                                    No Refund

Security Deposit:  Your cabin will be checked for damages. If there are no damages the full deposit will be refunded within 14 days of Check in.   If there are damages or missing items you will be notified of charges deducted from the deposit and the remainder refunded. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover damages, you’ll  receive a list of repair and/or replacement costs and your credit card or bank account will be charged for the remaining balance due.
