Cancellation Policy

• Payment in full is due at the time of the reservation. 

•    Greater than 14 days notice is required  to receive a refund (less a $15 service  fee per site)
•    date change requests can be made 7 days or more in advance of your reservation, one time with no additional charge. Additional changes can be made less a $15 service fee per site as long as they are also 7 days or more in advance of your reservation.
•    No refunds or date change requests  with less than 7 days notice  
•    No refunds  are given for early departures or “no-shows”. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations outside of our control.
