Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $450.00 is required to reserve a site for 3 months or more. All reservations less than 2 months are paid in advance. Sites will be assigned by the office. For reservations cancelled at least sixty (60) days in advance, we will refund your deposit less a $150.00 administrative fee. Cancellations with less than a sixty (60) day notice will not be refunded. Landlord reserves the right, in its sole opinion and judgment to deny the issuance of any refund. No refunds or transfer of unused rent.
