Early check in and late check out may be available upon manager approval. Any check out after 2pm will be charged for an additional night's stay. 

Quiet Hours:  10pm - 8am THIS IS ENFORCED

Community Fire Pit + Grill Hours:  8am - 10pm

Office Hours:  11am - 5pm

Bathrooms:  24 hrs, Code: 7294

Showers + Laundry: 24 hrs (code will be emailed after purchase)

Wifi: RVPARK or RVPARK 2, password: paradise

Our water is potable!

 

Please verifiy that the site you have booked is large enough to fit your RV and any extra vehicles. Total unhooked length must be given, trailer plus truck, RV plus tow vehicle, etc. IF YOUR TOTAL LENGTH IS LONGER THAN INPUT, AND YOU DO NOT FIT IN YOUR SITE, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR SITE WITH NO REFUND!

 

RULES: You will be asked to leave without a refund upon violation of any of these rules. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Public displays of belligerence or aggressive behavior of people or pets, will result in non refundable expulsion.

 

GENERAL:

NO individual wood fires: wood fires only permitted in community fire pit, propane fires permitted only on gravel

NO fireworks or weapon discharge

NO fish cleaning

NO atv use within campground

NO drone use within campgrounds (we are less than 1 mile from local airport)

 

CHILDREN:

Children must be supervised at all times

Children may not use the restrooms or showers without being accompanied by a parent or guardian

 

PETS:

Dogs must be on leashes at ALL TIMES

Pet waste must be cleaned up and placed in dumpster

Do not leave your pets outside unattended

Walk your pets ONLY in campground or public roads NOT the nearby private farm fields

NO kennels, fences, or pens

Excessive barking is not tolerated and you will be asked to leave

 

SITES:

We reserve the right to switch your campsite to accommodate other reservations unless you have paid the LOCK SITE fee

Stay within your marked site. Walking, running, and playing in sites other than your own is not permitted

Going behind fences or onto other areas of the property without permission is not allowed and is considered trespassing

NO grills directly on picnic tables (tables are plastic) additional fees will be charged for damages

NO individual wood fires (community fire pit available), propane fires permitted only on gravel

NO rugs on grass (it will kill the grass and ruin the lawn for the next campers)

NO washing RV’s

NO Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property

1 RV allowed per site 

All vehicles must fit on gravel pad within site, parking on grass is not permitted (no additional on site parking)

4 people per site (additional people $5 each)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Full refund minus 20% if canceled 3 days or more before stay. No refund if canceled less than 3 days before stay. Dates can be modified at no extra charge by contacting us directly. No refunds for cancellations during the Alaska State Fair, 8/15 - 9/1.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Failure to show up more than 24 hrs after check in time results in a cancellation (nonrefundable) unless notified ahead of time. 

 

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

All unpaid and abandoned sites will be cleaned and vehicles towed at owner's expense.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree not to sue The Springer LLC, and its owners and agents, from any and all liability to you, your children, your invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the The Springer LLC property, facilities, amenities (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to hold harmless The Springer LLC, and its owners and agents, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) that may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by you, your children, and/or invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during your stay. The security of your person, your belongings, and all persons registered in your party is your sole responsibility.
