RULES & REGULATIONS
GENERAL CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES
We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
CHECK IN: Anytime after 12am CHECK OUT: 12am
SPEED LIMIT: 10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
QUIET TIME: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.
CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
SAFETY AFTER DARK: In order to ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.
TRASH: Campsite must be kept clear of all trash and debris Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located by the park office. PLZ do not put any fish carcasses, or grill ash or coals in the dumpster. No tires or bulk Items. Break down all boxes
CAMPFIRES: All campfires must be controlled and never be left unintended. Do not place trash in pits there is an additional 15$ fee if trash is found it pits.
CLOTHESLINES: Not permitted. Washer and dryer are located in back building.
FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS: Prohibited to be used on park property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.
PETS: Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. Maximum of 3 Pets allowed.
VISITORS: Your visitors are always welcome at The Stables RV Park, visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of check-In. All your visitors must leave campground by 10 p.m.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: No motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters or golf carts are to be driven in the park. (Unless preapproved by park management)
VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. (Unless approved by park management) You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.
RV WASHING: You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee. Please check with our main office for more details.
VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES: Grounds for ejection from the park without refund
MESSAGES: If you are expecting messages, please check at office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.
MAIL SERVICE: Available for guests. Please check with our office for more details.
DAMAGES: vehicles or RV that leave rocked area and get damage or stuck are not the parks responsibility (park owners will provide info for service but will not be responsible for bill). Any damages to property when off rock areas can and will be charged to customers.
FORMS OF PAYMENTS: We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash or money orders. Local Checks only. $35 return Check Fee
CANCELLATIONS: Campsites: We will return your full deposit if you cancel FIFTEEN (15+) days prior to your arrival date. we will return your deposit minus a one-night service charge if you cancel EIGHT- FORTEEN (8-14) days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.
DEPOSITS: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking. LONGTERM TENANTS: All lot payments and power must be made by the first day of every month. The 3rd day of the month is considered late and will be a $50 late fee and $5 a day tell payment is made in full or arrangements are made. If no payment made by the 5th of the month the power will be disconected. and or grounds for ejection DEPARTURE: All accounts, bills, charges and damages must be paid in full before departing. unpaid accounts, bills, charges and damages will be charged to any cards on file unless payment arrangements are made in advance.
OTHER CAMPSITE GUIDELINES: Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.
Keep all your belongings in your site area.
No outside/Exterior storage (unless approved by management)
The Stables at Stockton Lake LLC. Is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged. The Stables at Stockton Lake LLC. Is not responsible for injuries, accidents or death that my occur to any guest or visitor.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY TERMS & CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. PARK STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS.
CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE; THEREFORE, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE!
