Belmead Hours

Check in is at 8am on Wednesday and check out is 4pm on Sunday.  If checking in on a day other than Wednesday, check in time will be 12pm. If you are checking out on a day other than Sunday, check out time will be 11am.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am daily. All children (18 and under) are to be on their parents' site during this time.

Pets

Dometic feline and canine pets are welcome.  All other pets must be approved prior to arrival.  Pets must be leashed at all times and not left unattended outside. Please clean up after them immediately.  Leashed pets are allowed on all trails, gravel, and hard surface roads.

Bath House
Please remember that while we do our best to keep our bath houses as clean as possible, they are public shared spaces. Please clean up after yourself and be courteous to other guests!

Alcohol

State regulations allow for the quiet enjoyment and consumption of alcohol at a camper's site only. Obviously intoxicated guests will be asked to return to their sites immediately and may be required to vacate the premises. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite and must be in a covered container when outside.

Damage and Cleaning Fees

Site/Rental Inspection: Upon guest’s departure, we immediately inspect the site/rental. Guests are responsible for leaving their site/rental clean/undamaged when departing. Any issue may result in a charge to the account to satisfy the issue.

Site Requests
You have the option of paying a site-lock fee that guarantees you will get the site you reserve. If you do not pay this fee we reserve the right to change sites as needed to resolve scheduling conflicts, but will not do so without moving you to a site of equal or greater value and with comparable or better amenities. Please note that this is a NONREFUNDABLE fee. If you cancel a reservation after paying a site-lock fee, that fee will be forfeited. 

Trash

A dumpster is provided for all trash. Please dispose of trash before you leave. Please do not leave food or trash outside as it will attract unwanted wildlife.

Vehicles

Golf Carts, Bicycles and Scooters:  All foot-propelled bicycles or scooters are permitted from dawn until dusk.  ATV and gas powered vehicles are not permitted on the property.  Golf carts are permitted on gravel & hard surfaces only. Please bring proof of insurance if you are bringing your own golf cart.

Fishing 

No fishing is allowed in the ponds. Fishing is only allowed in the river. 

Historic Buildings/Trails

Do not enter any historic buildings on the property unless you are accompanied by an authorized Belmead Tour Guide. This is considered trespassing and those guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Guests are required to stay on specific trails. Do not wander through the woods. Follow the trail maps that are provided.

Fire Pits

The fire pit is there for community use.  Please enjoy with your neighbors.

Firearms

No firearms allowed on the property.

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

No refunds due to inclement weather. If cancellation is 15 or more days prior to stay, guests will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. If cancellation is 8-14 days prior to stay, guests will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation is 7 days or less prior to stay, guests will receive no refund. Cancellations after the first night will receive no refund.
