Refund Policy

Reservations cancelled more than two weeks before check-in will be refunded 100% less a $10 cancellation fee. 

Reservations cancelled 8 to 14 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of their reservation total.

Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before check-in will not be refunded.

• There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

RESERVATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
