By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Tifton RV Park I-75 for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tifton RV Park I-75 from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Tifton RV Park I-75 may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Tifton RV Park I-75 reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Check In time is at 3 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Early arrival and late departure fees may apply if needed.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be on a leash at all times, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. There is $50 pet cleaning fee for any pet in our cabins. Pet fences require a permit and a $100 refundable deposit. This will be returned at check out once the site has been cleared for damages.Extended stay guests differnt policies are provided.

Golf carts: To use a golf cart in campground, you will need to register it in the office with proof of insurance. Golf carts can only been driven by licensed adults. No standing or hanging off golf carts permitted.

Restrooms:  Our restroom facilities are designated for our NON-FHU sites only.

Smoking: No smoking in the office, cabins, restrooms, laundry room, or other community properties. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for violations. 

Cabin Rental: There will be a $150 refundable deposit for damages. This is refunded if not damage, smoking, etc.

Packages/mail: We do not accept any packages transient guests.

Laundry: Laundry is open 24 hours a day.

Trash: We do not offer a trash pick up service. Please place your trash in the dumpsters on your way out. We appreciate you keep ing our park beautiful and safe for all. A cleanup fee of $35 will be charged for any trash left on the site, $75 for dog waste and $75 for cigerette butts. Please remember, fire pits are NOT for trash.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Tifton RV Park I-75 or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
