1. I agree that Tillamook Coast RV Park has the right to refuse service to any guest that fails to follow park rules and may be asked to leave the property immediately.  If I do not leave peacefully then management has the right to contact law enforcement and have me removed from the property without a refund.  Disrespectful and belligerent behavior will not be tolerated at any time. 

2. I agree while staying in the park I must have a card on file for the duration of my stay.

3. I understand that the park age restriction for RV's is twelve years or newer.  All RV’s must be in “like new condition” to stay in the park.  Please contact Management for approval of age prior to arriving at the park. Our park will not allow Schoolies (school buses) or custom built or altered   recreational vehicles.  

4. I understand that TCRV Park allows a maximum of 1 vehicle and 1 RV per site or one RV and a tow vehicle, or truck and fifth wheel or travel trailer. It is against park rules to have two RV's at one site.  It is against park rules to have two rv plugs hooked up to our pedestal at our sites.  If you are caught excessively pulling power from our pedestals then you will be asked to leave the park as this could cause a fire at the pedestal and damage our box and endanger other guests in our park.  If a guest damages our pedestal at their reserved site the park will hold the guest financially responsible for the cost of repairs to the box and all damages caused due to this misuse to our property and the property of other guests staying in the park.

5. I understand that the maximum adults at an RV site is two adults and two children.  There is an additional adult fee of $10 per day for nightly, $50 weekly, and $50 for monthly.  

6. I understand that any guest of TCRV Park (whether approve monthly camper, co-campers on the application, or visitor of our campers) whose actions constitute a direct threat to the health and safety of others, or substantial damage TCRV Park property, will be required to vacate the park immediately and potentially permanently.

7. I understand the TCRV park will not be liable for any theft or damage of personal items, injury to themselves, their party, or their guests, and their property while staying in the park..

8. I agree to have my visitors check in at the office and park in visitor parking located by the office.  Visiting hours are from 9 am to 9 pm.I agree to not walk through the sites of other RV Park campers. 

9. .I understand that the speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and agree that I, my guests, and any co-campers will drive this speed in the park at all times.

10. I agree to have a RV power adapter to plug into the pedestal.  Homemade plugs or spliced plugs are not allowed

11. I understand that no large commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked at TCRV Park, unless you have prior written approval from management.

12. I understand that all of the vehicles that are permitted to my site must be operable, in reasonably good condition, and free of any leaking fluids. 

13. I understand that ATV’s can be ridden to and from the TCRV Park only and not allowed to be ridden in the park.

14. I understand that my RV site is to be kept clean and orderly.  

15. I will not pile or stack possessions around or under my RV. 

16. I will dispose of any trash immediately into the provided dumpster, not to be tossed or stacked outside of my RV. 

17. I understand that quiet hours at TCRV Park are from 9pm-8am.  My guests, co-campers, children and I will be respectful and quiet during these hours. No music after 9pm at night.

18. I understand the TCRV park strongly encourages the use of a water pressure reducer on water connections going from the park water lines into your RV, and that the park is not responsible for any damage to water lines/tanks on your RV.

19. I understand that tarps and other means of covering my RV or automobiles are prohibited at TCRV Park.

20. I understand that though WIFI is available to me as a TCRV Park camper, that during busy hours when many campers are likely to be using it, the service may not be as accessible (there is excellent cell service at the park if you have other means of accessing data/WIFI it will be easy to do so here).

21. I understand that the bathroom facilities are for showering and toileting only.  I will not bathe pets, wash bedding, wash soiled clothing, or take care of extensive grooming such as hair dying in the TCRV Park bathrooms. Any damage due to hair dye in the bathrooms will be the responsibility of the guest and charged to the card on file.

22. I agree not to give the bathroom codes to non-TCRV Park campers or their personal visitors.  These are private restrooms for our campers only, not the general public. 

23. I will not smoke or bring pets into the restrooms.

24. I understand that smoking is prohibited at TCRV Park outside of my RV and in-between the trailers.

25. I agree to TCRV Park’s no recreational drug policy and anyone found in violation of this rule will need to vacate the park and you will be blocked in our system from any future reservation with us.

26. I agree that (if you are a smoker) if I smoke in my RV or Automobile, I will properly dispose of my cigarette butts in a safe and responsible way.

27. I understand that all septic tanks on your RV must not leak and if your RV is found leaking sewage onto the ground that you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

28. I agree to have my septic hose in a cradle at all times. No flushing of feminine hygiene (i.e. tampons, sanitary napkins, or wipes)  into our septic system. No flushing of RV tanks, washing vehicles, and excessive use of water.

29. I understand that if a picnic table or fire ring end up missing that I am responsible for theft or loss of property then I authorize TCRV Park to charge the card on file if it is determined that I am responsible for such loss

30. Our daily rates are subject to change at any time 

31. At this time the boat launch is closed until further notice due to the boat dock being unsafe.  Nobody is permitted on the boat dock at this time.

32. Our name is Tillamook Coast RV Park and we are located about 2 miles from the coast.  We do not offer sites on the beach and no refunds will be given for this complaint.

33. I agree not to start a fire at TCRV Park if there are windy weather conditions or if a burn ban is in effect from the Tillamook County Fire Department.

34. I agree that my fires will be small personal campfires in the provided fire pit at my TCRV Park site, and they will not exceed the confinement of that fire pit (no bonfires).

35. I agree to only burn wood in my site's fire pit (no bottles, cans, document or cardboard disposal etc.), with the exception of a small amount of paper to ignite the fire.

36. I agree to be responsible for any minor child/children who are visiting or staying with me at the RV park.

37. I will accompany any child/children under the age of 12 at ALL TIMES while they are not inside my RV.

38. I will not allow any child/children by the water without being supervised by an adult over the age of 18. The incoming/outgoing tide can be dangerous depending on if it is king tides or inclement weather.

39. I understand that TCRV Park allows a maximum of 2 domestic pets per RV site, and I will not bring or acquire more than 2 pets to my site during my stay.

40. I understand that my pets must be on a leash at all times while outside of my RV and cannot be left unattended.

41. I agree that if I own a cat as one (or both) of my domestic pets, I will not allow it outside of my RV to roam the TCRV Park freely.

42. I understand that I am responsible for picking up and properly disposing of my pets waste into the dumpster immediately after walking it.

43. I agree not to kennel, fence (small 5-6 panel), or tie my pets up outside of my trailer unless I am with them outside at the time they are out there.  I understand that the speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and agree that I, my guests, and any co-campers will drive this speed in the park at all times.

44. I agree to bring any kennel or small 5-6 panel fencing inside of my trailer once the pet and I are finished spending time together outside.

45. I understand that it is unacceptable for my pet to act aggressively to other campers, staff, or other pets visiting the park.  

46. I understand that if my pet behaves in an aggressive way towards other campers that it is grounds for immediate termination of my camping stay.

47. I agree not to disturb the on-site manager between 7pm-9am unless absolutely necessary.  I will wait until the hours of 9am-7pm to bring any concerns to him/her. Management's scheduled days off are Monday and Tuesday.

48. I understand that my extended camping stay is on a month-to-month basis, and that TCRV Park rates change May 1st to seasonal rate and ALL monthly camping agree to the  adjusted rates.  On May 1st of each year TCRV Park moves to nightly summer camping spaces/rates. On November 1st rates adjust to winter rates.  No notice will be given for these adjustments.

49. I agree that when my stay ends at TCRV Park, I will leave the site I rented in the condition it was originally in on my first day.  It will be clean, free of any trash, and ready for a camper to arrive immediately after I leave.

50. All monthly guests are required to pay a $35 background check fee per adult, $75 electric fee monthly, and deposit of $200 which is refundable upon your departure from the park.
