Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is canceled more than 1 week prior to the arrival date, a full refund is issued, less a transaction fee of 25%. For cancellation of a reservation more than 3 days, but less than 1 week, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the payment is forfeited. For a reservation canceled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Timber Town Campground LLC.

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
