We Understand Plans Change

At Timberline Campground, we understand that life sometimes requires flexibility. While we look forward to hosting you, we've created a straightforward cancellation policy that respects both your circumstances and our commitment to all our guests.

Standard Reservations:

• Cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

Holiday Period Reservations:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled holiday arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before your scheduled holiday arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

If unexpected circumstances affect your travel plans, please contact our team as soon as possible. While our policy remains in effect, we're always happy to discuss options for rescheduling your stay when possible.
