Regulations 

1. Check Out Time: 11 AM -  $5 per hour fee for late check out.
2. Check-In Time: 1 PM - $5 per hour fee for early check-in.
3. Quiet Hours- 10 PM-7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor. If we receive complaints, we reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund.
4. Reservations- Advanced cancellation notice required. Reservations are held when secured by your 1st night's camping fee. Prices are subject to change.
5. Visitors must stop at the office and obtain a pass before going to the site.
   Visitors using our facilities must pay a fee—$ 5 per person, $5 per extra vehicle.
6. State law requires all campers to register before occupying a space. Do not change your assigned space without the approval of the office.
7. One unit per site, additional equipment/tent additional charge ($25 per tent).
8. No lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. The pool is for registered guests only. No diving. No pets are allowed in the pool area.
9. Pets are permitted on a leash (8' max) and are not to be left unattended. Clean up after your pet. Violators will be charged a clean-up fee. 
10. Please keep pets out of buildings, playgrounds & the pool. Management reserves the right to limit the size, breed, and quantity of dogs. Dog park available.
11. Campfires in fire rings only. Do not leave it unattended. No Trash, wood only, must be native Iowa wood. Please extinguish before retiring.
12. Cutting or breaking of trees or shrubs is prohibited. Firewood is available at the office.
13. Parents, you should know your children's whereabouts at all times.
14. Children on bicycles are not allowed to ride between 4 PM and 8 PM on Friday and Saturday nights.  Incoming traffic is too busy.
15. Laundry cannot be hung out for drying. A laundry facility is provided for this purpose: no hand laundry or dishes washed in bathrooms. Dog beds, comforters, or shoes cannot be done in the laundry facility. 
16. It is a violation of Iowa law to dump gray or black water on the ground. Use the dump station. Violators will be charged a clean-up fee of $200.
17. No onsite washing of RV/vehicles.
18. Running generators, firearms, or fireworks are not permitted.
19. Please, do not walk through occupied sites. Please do not park or drive through the grass.
20. NO SMOKING in buildings. Violators will be evicted.
21. Airtight sewer boot is required. These are available for sale in the office.
22. Motorcycles are to be used to and from the site only. Golf carts, mopeds, mini-bikes, and go-carts are not permitted.
23. Screen rooms or awning rooms must be checked at the office before installation. Outdoor/patio furniture only - No Appliances.
24. RV storage is available. Ask the office for details and availability.
25. Please deposit trash and cigarette butts in a dumpster. All garbage must be in bags and tied up.  Areas designated on the map. Do not leave on site. Violators will be charged a clean-up fee.
26. This is private property. Violation of these rules or generally antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted - NO REFUND.
27. Patio mats are allowed on dirt and gravel areas, not on grass, please.
28. Any damage found to RV/tent sites, the following charges will apply:  Fire Ring-$75/Picnic Table-$300/Water-Electric-Sewer pedestals-$500
29. Any damage found or missing items in Cabins, charges up to $500 will apply.
