Terms & Conditions
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Tofield Golf Course and Campground LTD, its directors and emloyees and all related persons for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property or from golfers of Tofield Golf Course. 

Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Tofield Golf Course and Campground LTD, its directors, employees and all related persons from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Tofield Golf Course and Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Tofield Golf Course and Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest for any reason.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Tofield Golf Course and Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any reason or cause.

CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00PM

Water Service to Sites

- Each site now has water service to it (except group site).

- It is fresh city water and is the same water used in the clubhouse and the rest of Tofield, but drinking directly from the line is not advised and please use at your own risk.

- We have the water tested regularly.  Visit https://www.golftofield.ca/campgroundrules for most recent water report.

- We will continue to monitor the water quality and test it regularly but cannot guarantee the water will be 100% safe to drink at all times.  

- For this reason we are saying the water IS NON POTABLE and please use at your own risk. 

Sewer Service: 

- Please note there is no sewer dump at the campground.  No dumping of grey or black tanks is permitted at anytime.  If you need to dump your sewer you can at the Co-Op across the highway or at the Town of Tofield Truck fill.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 2 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 3 or more days in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
