Trademark Terrace will not be held resposible for power outages, loss of water, loss of WIFI or acts of God. We reserve the right to refuse refund in the event any of these circumstances were to arrise. Refunds will not be given for early depature. Should you be owed a refund that was approved by management, you should receive the refund in 3-7 business days.
