Trademark Terrace, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, death, or loss by accident, theft, assault, vandalism, recklessness, fire or act of God or nature, to the property, person or any guest. Firearms are not permitted on the property. All guests must abide by the park rules. If any of the rules of the park rules or terms of this agreement have been violated, you may be asked to vacate your lot without refund. Reservations are transferable but a transfer fee applies. Reservations are non-shareable, only one RV per site, and only one reservation per household. RV/camper is defined as having kitchen and/or bathroom facility, toy haulers are considered an RV. Only the person's name that reserved the site will be allowed to check in unless prior arrangements have been made. RV sites will vary in length; the size of the RV site is not guaranteed to be exactly the length as listed. Trademark Terrace, LLC reserves the right to reprice reservations in the event of a world-wide economic reset. Management reserves the right to assign RV sites at their discretion; client has no claim to prior site(s) or preferred site. No credit or refund is given for early departure. Trademark Terrace staff is permitted to visit your site at any time. A new reservation is required to arrive earlier or stay later than the allowed arrival or departure dates on your reservation. Dry docking is only permitted if there is no open reservable site available. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management reserves the right recalculate and adjust costs for any calculation errors including under-charges made by the website. You may be required to pay additional costs if an under-charge has occurred. All guests of Trademark Terrace, LLC agree that photographs, video productions and telecasts may be made of the undersigned either alone or together with others. All guests of Trademark Terrace, LLC agree that all images photographs, video productions and telecasts including, but not limited to, reproductions, may be used, distributed, and shall belong to “Releasees”, which reserves the right of sale and may make whatever use of such photographs, video productions and telecasts as it or they may desire. The undersigned hereby grants to “Releasees”, the non-exclusive right to use the undersigned name or likeness for any and all commercial benefit and purpose without limitation.
