Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date qualify for a full refund less a $20.00 admin fee.
• NO refunds if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date.
• Campground must be notified 14 days prior to arrival if any changes to the camping dates should need to be made. If less than 14 days, no refunds for shortening stay.

 Trailhead does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond personnel’s ability to control. There are no refunds for early departure.
