Late check out policy: Management may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available.
Daily and Weekly Guests: Full electronic debit/credit card payment is required at time of
reservation. We do not accept cash or check payments.
● Electric is included in daily and weekly rates.
Long Term (Monthly) Guests: First month's rent is required for monthly reservations, at time of
reservation creation via electronic credit/debit card payment. Automatic payment will take place
each month thereafter with your preferred payment method on file. We do not accept cash or
check payments.
● Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice (call, text, or email) if you plan to end your
long term stay at the end of your current monthly cycle. Notification of departure with
advance notice will allow Trail Ends RV time to ensure you are not charged for the
following month. Guests will NOT receive a refund after the calendar month has begun
for the next billing cycle.
● Trail Ends RV Resort does NOT provide refunds for early departures on long term stays.
Please contact us with any questions in advance.
● Electric is included in monthly rates.
Late Payment:
● A late fee of $5.00 per day will be applied beginning on the 5th day of the month.
● Monthly guests that are over 7 days late on payment will lose access to electricity and be
subject to eviction from the property.
* Registered Sex Offenders are not allowed as long term guests.
Trails End RV Resort - General Rules for All Guests:
● Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous to other guests around
you.
● Loud music and objectionable noise is strictly prohibited.
● Safety of all guests is TOP priority. The use of obnoxious and/or belligerent and/or
disrespectful profanity, threats, and violence of all kinds is STRICTLY prohibited. This
behavior may result in eviction from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse
occupancy privileges to any offenders of park rules.
● Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors as well as themselves.
● We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason deemed
necessary.
● While on the property, put all cigarette butts and trash in the appropriate containers.
● Please place garbage in plastic bags, tie, and place it in the dumpster. Not to be left out.
● NO SWIMMING ALLOWED IN POND.
● While on the property be mindful of shared spaces and do your part to keep them
maintained and clean for a shared experience. (laundry facilities, shower rooms,
bathrooms, recreation spaces, etc.)
● Clothes lines are prohibited.
● NO fire pits at sites. Grills allowed.
● Please refrain from filling the dumpster with construction, hazardous, or large material
(mattresses, chairs, side tables, etc.)
● Pets and children must be monitored at all times and kept from wandering to other
guests' sites
* ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF FIREARMS, WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES, FIREWORKS
OR ILLEGAL DRUGS IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. *
Parking and Vehicles:
● Two (2) vehicle limit for each guest site plus your RV, unless prior arrangements have
been made. (additional fees may apply).
● All vehicles must be in operational condition with proper legal registration and tags.
● Vehicles are not allowed to protrude from sites in ways that may interrupt the flow of
traffic for other guests within the park.
● The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.
● Do not park in vacant RV sites.
● Do not park in the grass. (This includes campers, vehicles, trailers, motorcycles)
Pets:
● All pets must be on a leash in the owner's hand at all times while walking in the park.
● Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste bags in the dumpster.
● Pets are not allowed inside buildings.
● Permanent or semi-permanent fencing is not allowed. All pens must be easily collapsible
in order to maintain park maintenance.
● Pets must NOT dig holes, or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on the lot.
● Pets to NEVER be left unattended outside the RV, day or night.
● Dog houses are not to be present on property, as pets will not be unattended.
● Frequent or constant barking will result in a guest being asked to the premises.
● Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park whatsoever.
Site Appearance:
● All spaces must be maintained and have neat and tidy appearances.
● We reserve the right to refuse service to a guest based on condition or appearance of a
rig.
● It is mandatory that sewer or gray water hoses have a 90 degree sewer connection
attached to ensure adequate fit into sewer pipes to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.
● No generators, refrigerators, freezers, or other storage containers are allowed on your
site. 1 large cooler is acceptable. Storage containers under your rig are allowed if
maintained in a neat and tidy appearance.
● Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled to assist with required
maintenance and upkeep of the park.
● No tarps are allowed to skirt or create barriers.
● Washing of RV’s and vehicles is prohibited.
● Sewer hoses must be on a stand to allow adequate flow of drainage, and allow for easy
site maintenance for lawn care.
Winter/Freezing Temperature Specific Rules:
● Water filter / purification systems MUST be removed during freezing and below freezing
temperatures.
● If hooking up to a water spigot, the use of an electric heated hose is REQUIRED.
● Skirting of campers is allowed so long as it is tidy, well built and clean. NO use of tarps.
● Heat tape on spigots MUST be plugged in during colder and freezing temps to help
prevent freezing and damage.
We reserve the right to ask any person(s) who do not comply with these rules and regulations to
leave the premises immediately with no refund.
