Terms & Conditions

1.  Campers and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their family, their guests, and/or their pets.  Travelin' Joe RV Park is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage, or loss or theft of personal property or vehicle. Furthermore, to the extent permitted by law, the Camper will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Travelin' Joe RV park from any claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgemtns, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses relating to this agreement.

2.  All RV's and motorhomes must be in good working condition and appearance.  Travelin' Joe RV Park reserves the right to cancel any reservation should this condition not be met.

3.  Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am daily.  Please respect your neighbor campers and keep loud noise to a minimum.  Refusing to do so will result in Camper being asked to leave the park with no refund.

4.  Campers may use LEGAL drugs, tobacco and/or vape products within the limits of their reserved campsite.  Alcohol is strictly limited to the Campers campsite and may NOT be used in public areas.  We ask that you drink responsibly as this is a family friendly campground.  We have zero tolerance for public intoxication.  Firearms are prohibited.  

5.  All sites must be kept neat and clean for duration of your stay.  A garbage dumpster is provided for your convenience.  Do not leave trash out overnight as this attracts wild animals.  The trash dumpster is for trash only, not household goods!  Our trash service DOES NOT take care of furniture and household items.  Items of this nature are the sole responsibility of the renter, not the RV Park.

6.  Pets are to be on a leash at all times when outside.  No unattended pets will be tolerated.   Pets may not be tied up outside your camper or left unattended.  Excessive barking or agressive pets are not allowed.   Please pick up any waste and dispose of in the provided dumpster.  Any disregard of these rules will result in Camper being asked to leave the park with no refund.

7.  The dog playground is for pets of campers and/or coffee house patrons only.  No pets without people and no people without pets.  Pets must be on leash to and from pet playground.  Excessive barking or agressive pets will not be tolerated.  This pet playground is for your pet's enjoyment, please follow the posted rules as well as picking up after your pet.  Please do not leave pet toys, children's toys, pet food or any other pet needs in the dog park.  Items will be disposed of promptly.  A pet pick up station is provided with poo bags and a trash can. Disregard of the pet playground rules will forfeit your option to use the pet playground. 

8.  Campfires are only allowed in the provided fire rings.  Picnic tables are NOT to be moved without prior permission of the park owners.  

8.  Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children .  All minors must have adult supervision at all times.

9.  Campers and their guests are expected to act like responsible adults on the Travelin' Joe RV Park property.  Travelin' Joe retains sole power and authority to remove any Camper and/or their guests for behavior not meeting Travelin' Joe's standards of behavior.

10.  Check-in time is after 2pm.  Check-out time is before 11am.  We are happy to adjust these times with prior approval.  You may email us at tjrvpark22@gmail.com to adjust your times.
