Refund Policy

• Reservations cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival will not incur any fees.
• Reservations cancelled Between 14 and 30 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of $50.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 nights before arrival will incur a fee of $192.50 (1 week) 

If you cancel before your reservation begins, you will receive a refund or partial refund depending on where you fall in the above cancellation policy. 

If you cancel after your reservation begins, the first month of rent cannot be refunded as we have a 30-day minimum. 

Other than the first month of rent, if you are already in the campground and looking to end a reservation early, refunds will be initiated based on the following cancellation date:

• Reservations cancelled 7+ days prior to new departure will receive a full refund. 
• Reservations cancelled 6 or fewer days prior to new departure will not receive a refund for the remaining days already paid for.

Please note that refunds may also be initiated on a case-by-case basis.
