1. Booking Policy

All reservations must be made online through our website or approved booking platform.

Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or a text
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Check-out time: 11:00 AM
-
Late check-outs will result in a $15 fee.

Early check-ins acceptable, please call the office 250-774-2340 to let us know as we may need to make different accomodations.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelations within 24 hours of 12pm the day of arrvial will not receive a refund.

Any cancelations outside of 24 hours of your day of arrival will result in a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Refunds typically take between 5 - 10 buisness days.

4. Basic Campground Rules

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 PM
-
Speed limit within the campground is 10km/h

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

Please respect other guests and keep your site clean.
5. Liability Waiver

Guests use the campground and its facilities at their own risk.

Triple G Hideaway, its owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages to personal property.
6. Site Use

One RV per site unless otherwise approved.

No tent camping unless booked in a designated tent site or otherwise approved by managment.
7. Behavior

Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or harassment of staff or other guests will result in immediate removal without a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the most current version.
