Troll Valley Campground
TROLL VALLEY CAMPGROUND POLICIES
1. Refunds will not be issued for early departure, eviction, or other reasons.
2. Guests who do not arrive on the arrival date for their reservation will forfeit their deposit and their site.
3. Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol resulting in disorderly conduct or public nuisance will be grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. Anyone under the age of 21 may not consume alcohol.
4. Laundry: A convenient, coin-operated washer & dryer is located in the bathhouse
5. Noise: Please keep noise levels low, in particular, the volume of radios and TVs Quiet hours are 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM Loud Radios are not permitted at any time. Radios should not be disruptive to other guests.
6. Motorcycles: are permitted but need to follow our quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you refrain from throttling your motorcycle at any time of the day.
7. Trash: Please place trash in containers. Do not put trash in the campfire rings. All trash must be placed in the available Dumpster.
8. Campground Property and Trees: Please do not cut or damage the trees in the campground. Do not damage the campground property.
9. Grey Water: Please dispose of greywater properly. Use the sewer hookup on your site or the dumping station near the office. If you are camping in a pop-up, please dispose of your greywater at the dumping station Maine State Regulations require proper greywater disposal.
10. Speed Limit: The speed limit in the campground is 15 MPH.
11. All RV's, Campers, and motorcycles and vehicles MUST be registered while staying on the premises.
12. Prohibited Items: The campground prohibits the use of Fireworks, Marshmallow Guns, P-Shooters, Sling Shots, BB Guns, Weapons, and Bow & arrows. Illegal substances
13. Child Safety: Children are to be supervised. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children. No bike riding after dusk.
14. We are a pet-friendly resort; however, we have some rules to follow:
Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
Pets must always be kept on a leash and remain under control at all times.
Pets cannot be tied up outside.
You must have a copy of the pet’s vaccination records in your possession and provide it to staff if requested.
No more than two (2) pets per site.
Please clean up after your pets.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.(Bathhouse, Camp check-in/office, or the Disc Golf Course)
Howling and persistent barking will not be tolerated.
If you leave your pets inside your campers while you are away and they cause any nuisance, you may be asked to leave the campgrounds.
15. Campfires: Fires must be controlled and tended to by an adult. Fires are permitted in fire rings only. Please use caution to keep your children and possessions at a safe distance from campfires and fire rings. Fires must never be left unattended.
16. Evictions: Guests or visitors found in violation of campground policies may be evicted without warning or refund. Any situations requiring removals will allow a one-hour period to gather your things and exit the premises, after which time a police escort will result. You are responsible for your conduct and the safety and well-being of your family and any guests visiting you.
17. We reserve the right to deny services to any person(s) at the discretion of management. Breaking rules may result in being asked to leave without a refund. Management's decisions are final.
18. Any reservations must be made by the payee. If payee is not staying at the site then all information for both parties must be included. All agencies looking to book a site must verbally confirm reservations prior to completion. Management has the right to deny services if a reservation does not comply with our Policies. No subletting or giving your site to others.
19. Upon check-in, government issued ID must be provided for the person(s) registered to the site. No minors are allowed to register without an adult staying on site.
20. Do NOT have your mail or packages delivered to our Campground/Address. You may use a local Post Office of your choice. We will NOT accept Camper's mail or packages at our address.
21.Non payment will result in No admission or Eviction.
22. Campsites are designed for 4 people per site. Additional people will have an additional fee. You must use the campsite you are assigned to.
23.The Internet "campground" with its password tvguest21 is a shared internet access. It will significantly slow down and/or bump you off if you are gaming or constantly streaming. Please share the Bandwidth.
24. Keep you site(s) clean ** Keep the bathhouse clean and doors closed.
25. Please check into the office both when arriving and departure.
26. No "Business" may be run from your campsite, without written permission from management.
