Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made via email to info@tropichideaway.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

Cancellations that are more than 7 days from your arrival date will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days will be held responsable for their full reservation amount.

Guest will be allowed to modifie the dates of a reservation one time free of charge.(50$ each additional date modification) Rate changes must be factored in with any date changes as this is dependant of time of year and other factors.

Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.

Tropic Hideaway RV Resort exclusively determines refund requests. Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.

Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form this it was originally paid.
