Refund Policy

Please note for RV guests if your reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival, Tropic Island Resort will provide a full refund, less a $25.00 change fee per reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 29 days prior to your arrival, all deposits paid (equal to your first night’s stay or $250 for monthly stays) will be consumed as your cancellation fee and your reservation will be released.

For hotel guests you have until 72 hours before your stay to cancel or change a reservation with no penalty.  If you cancel with in 72 hours of your reservation you will forfiet the deposit of the first nights stay.  

This cancellation policy may vary for group/extended stay reservations. Please refer to your agreement for your specific cancellation policy.
