Terms & Conditions: 
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Twin Buttes Fairgrounds. Below are The Fairground policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our Fairgrounds guests, by reading and agreeing to check in you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures. Twin Buttes Fairgrounds will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, pets, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Guests that need to book more than 2 sites please call the office for your reservation. Any guest that reserves more than 3 sites at a time is subject to automatic cancellation of any or all sites and is subject to our cancellation policy. Any re-sale of any of our sites without written consent from ownership will be subject to automatic cancellation with no refunds and you will be blacklisted from renting with us in the future. 

Check-In
Check-in time is any time after 3 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. Twin Buttes Fairgrounds will make every effort to honor special requests upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The Fairgrounds reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the Fairgrounds who do not comply with Fairgrounds policies.

Check-Out
Check-out is at 11 AM.  Late check out may result in an additional day's charge. 

PET POLICIES
Pets are welome only on your rented space, they are not to be free roaming in anyway and must be leashed outside RV sites. It is also the owners responsilibty to clean up after their pet (a fine of $300 will be applied to any space the Fairgrounds has to clean). Service Animals are allowed anywhere on our facilties. Twin Buttes Fairgrounds does NOT recognize emotional support or therapy animals as service animals. 

SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and arena spaces of our Fairgrounds. Smoking is allowed outside the fences and within your own rented RV space. Cigarette trash found in any RV Space after check out will be subject to a $300 littering fine. 
Twin Buttes Fairgrounds is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or items left behind in the spaces.

DAMAGES
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to cover any property damage caused by you, your party, or your animals while on our premises. An immediate charge of $300 will be placed on the card on file to cover initial damages. You agree to pay all damages in full if they exceed the initial $300.
