Two Lakes RV Park Policies & Rules

MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY:

• Electricity is not included in the monthly rental fee. Utility usage will be measured each month and billed separately.

General

• All Class A, Fifthwheels, and Super C must be in good working order and be 10 years or newer.
• Be reminded all sites are 50amps
• We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
• Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
• The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
• All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
• Total number of guests in any space or tiny home cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
• Maximum of 8 people total at a site at any given time.
• Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office.
• Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
• All visitors must be accompanied by the renter at all times during their stay.
• No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers is allowed in club house area.
• No parking on other sites.
• No walking across lots, please stay on designated walkways. 
• Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
• Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
• Site must be kept neat and clean. Appliances must not be visble outside your RV unless they are part of an appoved outdoor kitchen. If you have items on the grass you will be responsible for moving them before the Staff mow the grass.
• Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
• Washing RVs $10 or vehicles $5 on your site only.
• The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
• Clotheslines are not allowed.
• Guests may not hang any items from the trees or other objects.
• All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
• Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
• DO NOT leave trash out overnight. There is a dumpster across from the Clubhouse. 
• All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort. There is a one time trash pick-up at 10AM daily. Please put trash in trash bags and break down all boxes.
• Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
• Two Lakes RV Park is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes, birds of prey and reptiles. All guests should ensure small children are supervised at all times.
• Check-In Time: All Sites: 02:00 PM
• All check-In must be here by dusk unless approved by management.
• Check-Out Time: All Sites: 11:00 AM
• Cancellation Policy: We are happy to provide full-refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days
• prior to the reservation date. For cancellations made within 7-day period we can offer a 50% refund of payment.
• Late Check-Out Policy: The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

Cubhouse & Pool

• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL AREA, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• POOL HOURS are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in pool area.
• Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by adult in bathrooms.
• No  pets, glass containers or smoking allowed at the POOL AREA.
• No diving, running, or horesplaying in the pool area. Unsafe behavior could result in removal from the pool area.
• All guess must be accompanied by the renters in pool area and clubhouse.
• Proper attire is required.
• Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.

Safety

• The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
• The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
• Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
• Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
• Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
• Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
• Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the Resort.
• No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
• Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
• Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
• Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.

 

Security

• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
• Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
• We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please be courteous to other guests around you.
• Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
• Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
• Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
• Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Pet Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort.
• Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
• There is a two-pet limit in the resort.
• No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptile or large birds.
• All pets must registered at at the Front Desk upon arrival.
• Pets may not be left outside unattended.
• Guests are responsible to "clean up" after their pets.
• Guest should carry proof of pet's current vaccinations.
• Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas.
• Persistent Barking is unacceptable behavior and may result in termination of your stay.
• Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
