FOR RV SITES (NOT HOUSE RENTALS): RV site reservations are refundable with a greater than 11-day notice, less a $30.00 remarketing fee. Cancellations 10 or fewer days to your reservation are not refundable. We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. No late check-ins after the store is closed (please refer to our store hours for timing). Please review our campground rates & guidelines, as to avoid any problems during your stay.

FOR HOUSE RENTALS: Your house reservation is fully refundable less a $100 processing fee within 48 hours of booking (please call the office to cancel during this period). You may receive a partial refund of 50% if you cancel more than 30 days from the check-in date of your reservation. The reservation is non-refundable 30 days or less from your check-in date of your reservation.
