Thank you for joining us at Tyler RV Park! We hope that you’ll have fun, create memories, and make the most of your time with us. While you’re here, please look at the rules and guidelines below. When you book your stay, you agree to the following policies. These park policies help keep our guests, staff, and wildlife safe.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests, or for loss of money or valuables. All rates and space assignments are subject to change. You are responsible for insurance on all sheds, campers, and any vehicles you own. ALL DOGS ARE TO BE ON LEASH AND PICKED UP AFTER AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. The speed limit is 10 mph in the park. No open pit fires in the park. Please be wary of the ledge near the road. Do not allow animals or children near the area it is steep. Guests assume all risks associated with the pond. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to our guests in our park.

Safety First!

Tyler RV Park is a welcoming, peaceful, and fun place for people to stay. However, we humans are just visitors to the land, while the wildlife here calls this place home. It’s important to respect the land and the animals that live on it.

You may spot animals such as deer, wild hogs, raccoons, opossums, an occasional snake, insects, and other wildlife during your stay. Don’t feed the local wildlife and be sure to let them have their space. Please do not go near any animals. If you see any of them, please do not go near them.

As with any natural setting, there are inherent potential hazards. Be advised that this area is home to a pond that can swell, flow quickly, and cross onto the property during rainy weather. The pond can be steep and become slick giving way without warning. Roads and walkways can also become flooded and flow quickly, so watch your step near the pond and when rains occur and keep a close eye on children and pets. The ground may be uneven and have potholes or exposed roots. Trees are abundant here and branches or trees could fall. Any of these hazards could potentially cause damage to vehicles, injury, or death. WE DO NOT ALLOW HUMANS TO SWIM IN THE POND. Dogs are allowed to swim only on our dog beach.

Take note of wild vegetation, including poison ivy, and poison oak. If you’re not sure whether a plant may be harmful – don’t touch it! It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Other Park Policies

Observing our park policies can help ensure a safe, fun, and enjoyable getaway, both for you and for your fellow campers. Here are a few things that you need to know.

Vehicles: All vehicles must fit in your assigned site – no part of your vehicles may extend into the road. If needed, park in one of our parking spaces. Park and drive on the crushed concrete surface only. Parking on roads, landscaping, and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited. One RV and two additional vehicles are allowed per back-in site. One RV and one vehicle per pull-thru site.
RVs: All RVs must be fully operational, well-kept, and in good condition. RVs 15 years or older must be approved by park management. All RVs are subject to declined entry based on overall aesthetics, regardless of age, and are at the discretion of the park manager.
Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather, please seek shelter.
Children: All children under 15 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Waste: Place tied trash bags in the dumpster near the exit Limit trash to normal household items to avoid overloading the dumpster – No bulk items. Please break down all boxes, it helps with the overflow of garbage. Please help us keep the park clean… place all trash, cigarette butts, and other litter in proper containers. Dump gray and black water in the septic system only. Place pet waste only in pet trash bins.
Campfires: Tyler RV Park observes strict fire restrictions to keep guests and property safe. No fires during dry conditions and/or wind speeds greater than 10 mph. Fires are to be kept inside fire pits and grills only. Please be sure your fire is completely extinguished before you retire for the evening or leave the park.
Pets: We welcome pets here at Tyler RV Park and hope you enjoy the use of our dog park (coming soon). As well as our dog beach. Clean-up after pets in your care is enforced. Pets are not allowed in any buildings. All pets must remain indoors overnight and must be current with their immunizations. Pets must be well-behaved, kept on a leash, and not left unattended. No aggressive breeds and no more than 3 common household pets (e.g., cats and dogs) may be kept on any site. No other types of animals shall be kept. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually). Place pet waste in pet trash bins only. A $25 fine will result per occurrence if violated.
Quiet Hours: It doesn’t mean you need to turn in for the night! But they are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Regardless, please be respectful of your fellow campers and limit noise to your site.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-In 3:00 p.m. Check-Out 11:00 a.m. Please, no arrivals past 9:00 p.m.
Sewer Hook-Ups: Sewer lines must be attached with the proper plastic sewer elbow or rubber donut. PLEASE, only flush toilet paper. Baby wipes, paper towels, etc. clog the septic system. Clean and store sewer hoses properly.
Laundry: Washing machines and dryers are provided for your convenience. Do not leave your clothes in the machines after their cycle is complete. Please do not hang clothing, swimwear, or other items where visible. Items not intended for the laundry machines, including pet bedding or items that could clog or damage the machines, are not allowed. The user is liable for the damage.
Speed limit: A speed limit of 10 MPH is strictly enforced. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without a refund.
Photographs: Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the staff of Tyler RV Park to photograph visitors while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
Length of Stay / Registered Guests: All monthly guests are considered extended-stay guests, not residents. Extended stay is based on 28 days. At the end of 30 days, guests are given the option to remain for another 28 days unless asked to vacate the park, at the manager's and/or owner's discretion. Rates are based on four guests per site. Additional guests are $5 per person, per night. No more than eight people per site.
Conduct: We’re a family-friendly park… no explicit language or images. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, violent, unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the property will not be tolerated. Parents are responsible for their children and those in their care. No loitering or playing in the laundry room etc. Guests exhibiting the behaviors will be asked to leave.
Firearms: No display or discharge of a gun, knife, bow and arrow, or other weapon allowed on premises. The prohibited use of firearms includes all guns including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns.
Fireworks: Fireworks of all kinds are prohibited.
No Smoking: NO smoking in any buildings, or porches.
Alcohol: Responsible alcohol use is permitted by guests of legal age. Alcohol must remain at your campsite. Public intoxication is strictly prohibited.
Drug Use: The possession, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the park property will not be tolerated.
Damage: Damage or destruction of any property will be paid by the individual(s) or the parent or guardian of the one(s) responsible for the damage. Cutting off or damaging trees and plants is prohibited.
Payments: We accept debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks (except for extended-stay guests). Full payment is due and processed at the time of booking.
Freezing Conditions: Tyler RV Park asks for your assistance in maintaining water at all RV sites during freezing weather conditions. Our hydrants, when connected to the camper/RV, can freeze and break. Shutting off the hydrant with a connected hose does NOT allow the water to drain down the pipe to prevent freezing. Please only connect a water hose to the hydrant when needed or fill the freshwater tank in the camper/RV and ensure the water hose is DISCONNECTED from the hydrant when not in immediate use. RV site guests who decide to keep water hoses connected to the hydrant will be responsible for damage caused by frozen hydrants and pipes.
Appearance Guidelines: For appearance and overall aesthetics, please keep your RV site neat. Outside storage of personal items is not allowed – including under your RV. Items not allowed include but are not limited to trailers, boats, sheds, freezers/refrigerators, decks, tarps, permanent fencing, or storing items. The exterior should be free of duct tape, repair tape, excessive caulk, etc. No flags are allowed except for American, Texas, and military flags.
Repairs: Request permission from park management before repairs of vehicles or RV on park property.
RV Washing: To conserve water, extended-stay guests may wash their rig once per month using a shut-off sprayer nozzle. Daily and weekly guests may use a washing service provided they supply their water.
Tents: Tents are not allowed in the RV park.
Mail: Guests may not use the park address as their own. USPS mail will be returned to the sender. Packages (UPS, Fed-Ex, Amazon, etc.) can be shipped directly to your site (provide your site # on the delivery address). Office Services: We do not offer document printing services for guests. Guests who need printing of documents may contact Ship-A-Latte at 903-571-9022, info@shipalatte.com
Motorized Devices: The operation of motorized ATVs, four-wheelers, minibikes, or unlicensed or uninsured motorized vehicles is prohibited. Drones are not permitted in the park.
Swimming: There is a pond on the property, and we do not allow swimming of any kind in the pond. Dogs are allowed to swim on the dog beach, but humans may not swim in the pond.
We are not responsible for stolen items at the park.
Deposit will be forfeited if any items are left behind after RV has left premises. If no deposit was taken a $50 clean up fee will be issued
Violations: Guests will be ejected from the park and deposit forfeited for violating the rules of our park and guests will be asked to leave. If they do not leave promptly, they will be held to Texas Penal Code 31.04 and Title 7 Chapter 30 Section 30.05.
WE REQUIRE A 28-DAY NOTICE BEFORE LEAVING A SITE IF YOU ARE AN EXTENDED-STAY GUEST

Indemnification

Campers and customers, either or both, indemnify and hold harmless Minniti Investments, LLC (dba Tyler RV Park), their employees, contractors, agents, and/or owners for any adverse encounter, injury, harm, or like that they, and/or their guests, agents, invitees, contractors or like have and/or experience related to the campground, property or surrounding properties. Minniti Investments, LLC (dba Tyler RV Park), their employees, contractors, agents, and/or owners are not responsible for damage to vehicles and/or personal property due to falling limbs, trees, creek flooding, theft, and/or vandalism.

Welcome to www.TylerTxRVpark.com Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement to its Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices.

Payment Policy: A payment of 50% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Advanced payments made over the Internet are always paid by credit card or ACH. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Tyler RV Park to bill your credit card for the amount agreed upon of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. Overnight rates include four (4) people and two (2) pets. Additional nightly fee for extra people and/or pets.

Change Policy: Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change.

Rules and Damages: Scheduled check-in is 3:00 pm. Scheduled check-out is 11:00 am. Sites are normally available by noon dependent on late check-out by prior guests. By checking in to Tyler RV Park, you agree to follow all park rules. Rules are located on the back of the campground map and below. Extended stay guests must follow the rules agreed upon in the monthly paperwork, as well as the general rules. All guests are responsible for costs and labor associated with any damage caused by them or their guests. Tyler RV Park is not responsible for any damage caused by acts of nature, other guests, or any other reason whatsoever.

$15 Per Day Late Fee for guests who do not pay at the time of billing. After the 5th day, you will be asked to leave, and the refundable electric deposit will be taken as compensation

Long-Term Stay Refund Policy

Reservations longer than one month must provide 28 days’ notice before leaving. Failure to notify the manager within this time will result in the loss of a refund for the given month.

Speeding
Speeding is not tolerated at Tyler RV Park. Guests are responsible for any vehicle at their lot, including visiting guests. You agree to all speeding fines at check-in. Fines will be charged to the credit card on file. Fines are as follows: First offense $25. Second offense $50. The third offense will end your stay.

RV Sites and General Rules
Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for Tyler RV Park

All pets must be friendly, leashed, and cleaned up after… NO EXCEPTIONS.
No unattended pet pens/fences/kennels on site. Do not leave your pets outside unattended.
Please don’t litter … cigarette butts are litter. See the map for dumpster locations.
No camping tents on RV sites.
RV sites have one intended set-up direction. RVs of any size are not allowed to set up on the site in the wrong direction.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for damage caused by unsupervised children.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Do not “cut through” RV sites.
Dispose of trash in dumpsters. Trash pickup is not offered at Tyler RV Park. Large items are not approved for dumpsters and fines will be assessed after video footage is consulted.
Laundromat is available to guests 24/7. Any mistreatment of laundry facilities will result in fines or bans.
Check-out is 11:00 am. If you intend to extend your stay, you must notify us before 11:00 am.
You are responsible for any damage to any equipment and/or utilities. Tyler RV Park is not responsible for damage.
You authorize Tyler RV Park to send you text message reminders and updates from our toll-free number from TextMagic
Speed Limit: 10 mph. Speeding is NOT tolerated at Tyler RV Park.

Electronic Communications
Visiting https://www.TylerTxRVpark.com or sending emails to us constitutes an electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account
If you use this Web site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Tyler RV Park and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, run credit cards, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
