Terms & Conditions

Site fees are based on two people and do not include HST. Only one peice of camping equipment is permitted per site. Only one vehicle is permitted per site, other vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Maximum of one immediate family per site. All long weekends are subject to a three night minimum. Weekends in July and August are subject to a two night minimum. Trailer rentals have a two night minimum for all reservations (three nights on long weekends). Pets are prohibited in the pool area, beach area, trailer rentals, and playgrounds. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. Kids are not to be off their site after 10:00pm without a parent present. No bikes are permitted after dark. $50 fine for moving the fire ring on your site. A cleanup fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account if the site is not left in good condition. You may be asked to leave without refund if any of the previous terms are broken or by management's discretion.

You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. If upon arrival there is no one staying that is at least 25 years of age you will be turned away with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total for your stay will be charged at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refunded less a $5 cancellation fee if you cancel with 7 or more days notice of your arrival date.

If a cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, your 50% deposit made at time of reservation will be forfeited. 

No shows or cancellations made the day of your arrival will be subject to the full amount of your reservation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.

A $5 cancellation fee is applicable to all cancellations. 

Refunds will not be granted in the case of bad weather, not showing up for your reservation, or early departures. Refunds will not be granted in the event you are asked to leave the campground.
