Cancellation Policy

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. 

• Prior to 3 days (Greater than 72 hours) before the check-in date are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00.
• Within 3 days (Less than 72 hours) of scheduled check-in date are subject to a one-night reservation charge.
• On same day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Guests who do not show before 11:59pm on day of reservation check-in date are considered Non-arrival or No-show. Guests who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their reservation and the full amount of the booking. If guests need to show up after 11:59pm please contact the office to make arrangements. It is also suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.

Monthly site cancellation: 

• Reservations canceled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Reservations canceled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s stay.
