RV Site - Cabin — Bunkhouse  Rental Agreement 

It is  mutually agreed that  Under Land Development  Corporation (ULC) shall not be liable for  the safe keeping or condition of the RV or any equipment appurtenant thereto, and the RV Owner must carry insurace theron.  ULC shall not be be liable for any damage or loss the RV, equipment or any property whatsoever, from any cause whatsoever, or any injury to the Onwer(s), Guest(s), or invtees(s) or any other persons.  The RV Owner/Renter his or hers, or assigns, herby agree to indemify and hold harmless ULC from any and all claims, liabilty, or damages for property or personal injury, loss of life to themselves, family, employees, invitees, guests, agents or any other persons whatsoever or property damage or property loss howsoever caused. 

·         SPECIAL NOTICE: The campground property could potentially change hands. Should this happen reservations may need to be canceled. We do not know how a new owner would proceed. We would refund your monies. But ULC shall not be liable for loss of time and reservation.
